Survive Tough Times
By: Glenda Thomas

9. You must stop watching and reading the news. Sitting down watching one horrible story after another is not helpful when you are already dealing with a challenge.
8.Read the life story of someone who survived against seemingly insurmountable odds. Reading takes you into someone else's world. Learning how others made it, will help you know that you can too!
7. Join in with people who are positive. Positive associations makes the journey lighter. If you have had trouble saying no to negative influences in your life, now is the time to start saying no to time with people who bring you down. If you want to be up you must look up.

5. Use the time to hear what God is telling you through this situation. Stop and listen.
4. Study the women in the Bible and see how their life story relates to your life.
